What is the difference between printed patches and embroidered patches?
Embroidered patches use colored thread stitched over a base fabric to form the design. They create a raised, textured surface and are durable but limited in color and detail. Printed patches apply your design directly to a flat fabric surface using dye or ink. Printed patches support unlimited colors, gradients, photographic images, and ultra-fine detail that embroidery cannot replicate. Embroidery is better for simple, bold designs that benefit from a classic raised look. Printed patches are better for complex, multi-color, or photographic artwork.
Are printed patches durable and washable?

Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days from proof approval. Rush production is available in 3 to 5 business days for time-sensitive orders. Once produced, orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with transit times of 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US military APO and FPO addresses.
