We offer no minimums on select patch styles. Our best pricing kicks in at 25 pieces, with major volume discounts at 100, 250, and 500+ pieces. Rush orders of as few as 10 pieces are available for time-sensitive needs.
How long does production take?
Standard production runs 10–14 business days from proof approval. Rush production (72-hour turnaround) is available on most styles. We ship from our US facility via USPS, UPS, and FedEx – domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch.
What file formats do you accept for my design?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG, and PSD files. Don’t have a vector file? No problem – our expert digitizing team can work from any high-resolution image at absolutely no extra charge. Digitizing is always free on every order
What backing options are available?
We offer iron-on, sew-on, velcro (hook and loop), peel-and-stick, and plastic/pin back. Multiple backing types can be ordered simultaneously in a single production run.
Do you ship to all US states?
Yes – we ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories. International shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia is also available. Free shipping applies to domestic orders over $150.
Can I see a sample before the full order?
Absolutely. A digital proof is provided before production begins on every order. Physical pre-production samples are available free of charge on orders over 100 pieces. Your approval is required before we start the full run.

Embroidery coverage refers to how much of your patch’s base fabric is covered by thread. 50% coverage works best for text-heavy or simple designs. 75% coverage is our most popular option, offering rich texture for detailed artwork. 100% coverage provides maximum color accuracy and a polished, premium look.
Can you reproduce my logo or copyrighted artwork?
Yes, as long as you are the rights holder or have authorization to reproduce the artwork. Simply provide your logo file and our digitizing team will faithfully translate it into embroidery. If you need design help, our team can create or refine artwork for you.
